In 2014, November Toddler Tuesday was all about dinosaurs. Bill Mueller, from the Museum of Texas Tech University, shared information about equipment for searching for dinosaurs. We learned we have to have permission to search if it is not our property and we have to have the right clothing, shoes, and equipment and, especially, to remember the sunscreen. Thank you Bill.
We also made a 3-D dinosaur sculpture and a sand art dinosaur. The toddlers even got to take home their very own fossil.
Thank you to all the adults. This program could not exist without your participation.
The 2nd Annual Toddler Tuesday Parade happens in December.
Join the Education Division and others for the month of November….More information on events can be found on the museum’s website. All programs are free except for the planetarium shows.
